Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern access to Unveil’s website, platform, and related services. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and applicable laws. The company may update Terms periodically, with changes effective upon continued use.

2. Eligibility

Services are intended for businesses and individuals acting on their behalf. Users must have legal capacity to enter binding agreements and authority to bind their organization if applicable.

3. Accounts and Security

Users are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality and reporting unauthorized access. Account information must be accurate and current. Unveil may suspend accounts violating Terms or presenting security risks.

4. License and Permitted Use

Unveil grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal business purposes only. Users may not:

  • Modify or create derivative works

  • Reverse engineer or decompile

  • Sublicense or make available to third parties

  • Build competing products

  • Remove proprietary notices

  • Violate applicable law

5. Customer Data

Users retain all rights to their submitted data. Unveil receives a limited license to host, process, and use data solely for service provision and maintenance. Users represent having necessary rights and bear responsibility for data accuracy, legality, and compliance with privacy laws.

6. Acceptable Use

Users may not use Services to:

  • Violate laws

  • Infringe rights

  • Upload malicious code

  • Interfere with service integrity

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Use automated tools excessively

  • Harvest personal information

  • Send spam

  • Engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity

7. AI Features

Services include AI-powered features for research assistance. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or omissions and users must validate them. Unveil will not use Customer Data to train public AI models absent written agreement. Additional details appear in the AI Transparency Statement.

8. Fees and Payment

Subscription fees apply as specified in agreements. Fees are non-refundable and exclude taxes, which users must pay. Non-payment may result in service suspension after notice. Pricing modifications apply prospectively.

9. Intellectual Property

Unveil owns all Services content and intellectual property. Users grant Unveil perpetual, irrevocable rights to use feedback without compensation.

10. Privacy and Security

Data handling follows the Privacy Policy. Unveil implements reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee complete security or uninterrupted service availability.

11. Third-Party Services

Third-party integrations are governed by their own terms. Unveil is not responsible for third-party availability or security. Users authorize data exchange with third parties for integrations.

12. Suspension and Termination

Unveil may immediately suspend access for Terms violations, security risks, legal liability, or overdue payment. Termination ends access rights immediately. Surviving provisions include intellectual property, payment, disclaimers, and dispute resolution.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. Unveil disclaims all warranties, express or implied. No guarantees regarding uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or accuracy of outputs are provided.

14. Limitation of Liability

Unveil is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Unveil’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Delaware law governs these Terms. Disputes must be brought in Delaware courts, which parties accept exclusive jurisdiction for.

16. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement with Privacy Policy and written agreements. Provisions survive if unenforceable elsewhere. Assignment requires consent except for Unveil’s transfers in mergers or asset sales. Force majeure exempts performance failures from extraordinary circumstances.
