Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Unveil UXR Inc.’s website or using any related SaaS service (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part, do not access the Services.

2. License Grant & Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services only for permitted business purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative works based on the Services or transfer your rights.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 if located in certain jurisdictions like California) and not previously barred from our Services to use them.

4. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us of any security breaches immediately.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant Unveil UXR Inc. a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, display, and adapt your content as needed to deliver the Services, consistent with your privacy settings.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Violate any law or regulation

  • Infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights

  • Post or transmit unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful content

  • Collect data from or about users without consent

  • Circumvent security or access controls

  • Use for unauthorized advertising, spam, or to disrupt the platform

7. AI/Automated Features

If using our platform’s AI-powered features, usage is subject to additional terms and settings for opt-in/opt-out and user data treatment.

8. Fees & Payments

Paid Services must be paid in accordance with plans agreed and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. Late payments may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access for violations or at our discretion, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, rights and licenses granted to you end immediately.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content, trademarks, and software remain the property of Unveil UXR Inc. or licensors. These may not be used without permission except as required by law.

11. Disclaimers & Limitations

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent allowed, we disclaim liability for and are not responsible for indirect losses, including lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Delaware law. All disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration, waiving class actions, with venue in Delaware courts, unless prohibited by applicable law.

13. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates signals your acceptance.

14. Other Provisions

Severability: If any clause is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in force.
